Shipping:

Please allow up to 7 working days for orders to be dispatched on launch weeks. Orders placed on none launch weeks will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. We are happy to say that we offer worldwide shipping. Orders outside of the UK may incur customs/import fees. This is dependant on your countries import laws.

UK - £5 (Delivered within 2 working days from dispatch)

Europe - £15 (Delivered within 7 working days from dispatch)

Rest of the world - £25 (Delivered within 7 working days from dispatch)

Returns:

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if something is not quite right, you have 14 days to return your order for an exchange or a refund.

Please ensure your item(s) are returned in all original packaging, unworn and within 14 days. Please allow 14 working days for refund to be processed.

To begin your return, please email studiodejore@gmail.com stating you would like to return an item with your order number and we will provide further information.

Returns are at your own cost. We advise that items are sent back tracked.

Please note that sale items that are marked '*Final Reduction Item*' are final and are therefore not eligible for returns.
